WHO WE ARE

The quality of its service has resulted in the company managing numerous points of sale at Geneva airport. In 2013, the company extended its core business to Basel airport.

Canonica quickly undertook in-flight catering activities for airliners (1952) before completing its services with high-end catering for the private aviation sector.

In 2002, Vincent Canonica, founder’s son, took over the family business with the objective of extending its business lines beyond the Swiss borders and diversifying its activities. Thus, in 2008, SWISSCANONICA extended its successful catering business to Paris Le Bourget first and to Nice and Cannes airports in a second phase.
